- 10 gr. of dried cloves
- 100 gr. of linseed
For this recipe, you’ll have to use a coffee grinder or any type of grinder and grind them into a fine powder.
Take 2tablespoons of this powder in the morning for three days. Mix it into a glass of warm water or just supplement your breakfast with it.
Consume it for three days then pause for three days and repeat again. Consume it in this way, with breaks for a month.
You’ll manage to keep parasites away if you repeat this cleansing method several times a year!
