The problem is that the caffeine contained in it, is a diuretic and can dehydrate the body. When you fight a virus or infection, the body needs adequate hydration, which helps the body’s immune system. Caffeine suffered even more when it comes to diarrhea or vomiting. The reason is that both leading to the loss of fluid from the body. Furthermore, caffeine stimulates muscles in the digestive tract and thus worsens diarrhea.
2. Orange juice
