The sedentary lifestyle reduces the activity of the lipoprotein lipase enzyme, which makes us gain weight.
New studies have shown that the average American has about 4 hours of free time a day, and that number goes down for the American mom. Even worse, we spend what little free time we have in front of the TV or computer instead of going out and staying active. Many people avoid exercising as they don’t have enough free time, but that’s not an excuse.
There are many simple exercises that will take only 5 minutes of your time and still keep you in shape – you just have to be consistent and start living healthier.
