Press These Points On Your Wrist To Reduce Anxiety & Fall Asleep Fast!

Lots of people these days experience anxiety and this is bad because it can shorten your life.

If you also have insomnia and struggle for a good night sleep there is a solution just by pressing several points on the hand to calm the body: Heart 7 and Pericardium 6.

Heart 7

This point is also called Shenmen, which means Spirit Gate. When pressed, it releases all the negative feelings and allows optimism to flow, and treats chest pain, irritability, and insomnia.

You can find it on the anterior side of the transverse crease of the wrist, as a small depression on the radial side of the ulnar tendon. To activate it, you should gently press it and massage for several seconds.

Pericardium 6

This point is also called Neiguan, which means Inner Gate. It lies between the two tendons that run up the arm, on the anterior side of the wrist, about 2 finger widths from its transverse crease.

You should apply light pressure between the tendons, and massage for 4-5 seconds, and this will calm your mind. Moreover, it will help you treat headaches, insomnia, motion sickness, nausea, and upset stomach.
